Day 29 - Portomarin to Palas De Rei - 24km

So the Camino is definitely more busy now even at 6 am when I leave but very few ahead of me thankfully. So last night we had an epic snorer in the room that apparently sounded like a chain saw. Thankfully I already had my ear plugs in and only got told about it this morning. I had a great sleep.

We're nice walk today a few Forrest's and single tracks but a good bit of next to road walking but largely cloudy and cool. So perfect for me. A couple of places to stop at the right time too so had a nice coffee and toast. 

Then got cracking on and made some good time. Generally seeing the same 10-15 people and us leapfrogging each other on breaks. Managed a bacon and cheese bocadillo too this morning so felt well fuelled. 

Made it to the municipal albergue first at 11.30. it was not open until 1pm so had to wait a bit. But while I was waiting was the disneygrino train of at least 500 kids. They have booked up all the private Albergue's so that's why everyone one was struggling today for bookings. 

Let's hope they are going short tomorrow and not the close to 30k to Arzua I have planned.
